It has nothing to do with what we see on the outside. Looks are not the deciding factor. It is well defined spectrum of character traits that makes them perfect for the job.
I was on a layover in Athens when in the hotel we used to stay at, my own airline (Emirates) held the open day. One of my Greek friends attended it, and I was there as well as a support. As the results were announced, I was looking at that handful of selected people and again I had the same query on my mind, why were they chosen?
